1. Uso personal<\/strong>
Los planes son intransferibles y de uso exclusivo para el comprador.
Queda prohibida la reventa, cesi\u00f3n o uso compartido del servicio sin autorizaci\u00f3n expresa\nde Abi eSIM.
El uso compartido o la reventa no autorizada podr\u00e1 resultar en la suspensi\u00f3n inmediata del servicio sin derecho a reembolso.<\/p>

2. Inicio de validez<\/strong>
La vigencia del plan comienza en el momento de la primera conexi\u00f3n de la eSIM a\nla red, no en la fecha de compra.
Una vez activada la eSIM, se considerar\u00e1 iniciado el servicio, independientemente\ndel uso posterior.<\/p>

3. Pol\u00edtica de uso justo (FUP)<\/strong>
En planes promocionados como ilimitados, al superar un l\u00edmite razonable de\ndatos, la velocidad podr\u00e1 reducirse para garantizar un uso equitativo de la red.
Los planes ilimitados est\u00e1n destinados \u00fanicamente a uso m\u00f3vil personal. El uso\nexcesivo, descargas masivas o tethering pueden implicar reducci\u00f3n de velocidad.<\/p>

4. Compatibilidad<\/strong>
Es responsabilidad del cliente verificar previamente que su dispositivo sea compatible con tecnolog\u00eda eSIM.
Abi eSIM no se hace responsable por compras realizadas en equipos bloqueados, no compatibles o de procedencia restringida.<\/p>

5. Limitaci\u00f3n de responsabilidad<\/strong>
Abi eSIM act\u00faa como intermediario de servicios de conectividad global y no se\nresponsabiliza por:
- Fallas de red atribuibles a operadores o causas externas (cortes el\u00e9ctricos, cat\u00e1strofes, restricciones gubernamentales, bloqueos regionales).
\u2013 Problemas derivados del uso indebido del servicio por parte del cliente.
\u2013 Interrupciones temporales por mantenimiento t\u00e9cnico o actualizaciones de red.<\/p>

6. Pagos y facturaci\u00f3n<\/strong>
Los pagos se procesan de forma segura a trav\u00e9s de Stripe.com, cumpliendo con\nlos est\u00e1ndares PCI DSS.
Abi eSIM no almacena informaci\u00f3n de tarjetas. El cliente autoriza el cargo al\nconfirmar la compra y se compromete a proporcionar informaci\u00f3n de pago veraz y\nactualizada.<\/p>

7. Reembolsos<\/strong>
Los reembolsos solo se realizar\u00e1n en casos de error t\u00e9cnico comprobado atribuible a Abi eSIM o si la eSIM no puede activarse por causas ajenas al cliente.
No aplican reembolsos por incompatibilidad del dispositivo, error del usuario o\nuso parcial del plan.<\/p>

8. Jurisdicci\u00f3n y ley aplicable<\/strong>
Las transacciones y relaciones contractuales se regir\u00e1n por las leyes del estado de\nDelaware, Estados Unidos de Am\u00e9rica, sede legal de Abi eSIM LLC.
Cualquier disputa ser\u00e1 resuelta exclusivamente por los tribunales de dicha jurisdicci\u00f3n<\/p>

9. Modificaciones<\/strong>
Abi eSIM podr\u00e1 actualizar estos T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones en cualquier momento.
Las modificaciones entrar\u00e1n en vigor desde la fecha de su publicaci\u00f3n en abiesim.com. Se recomienda revisarlos peri\u00f3dicamente.<\/p>
