En Abi eSIM, nuestro compromiso es ofrecer transparencia y confianza a nuestros\nclientes.
Al realizar una compra, el cliente acepta plenamente los t\u00e9rminos establecidos en esta Pol\u00edtica de Reembolsos.<\/p>

Dado que los productos son digitales y se entregan de forma inmediata, los reembolsos se evaluar\u00e1n \u00fanicamente bajo las siguientes condiciones:<\/p>

Casos en los que aplica reembolso:<\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 El dispositivo no es compatible, previa verificaci\u00f3n de IMEI o TAC por partedel equipo de soporte de Abi eSIM.
\u2022 El c\u00f3digo QR de activaci\u00f3n no ha sido recibido o no funciona\ncorrectamente, y el problema no ha podido resolverse con el soporte\nt\u00e9cnico.
\u2022 Fallo t\u00e9cnico comprobado de conexi\u00f3n a red no atribuible al cliente.<\/p>

El cliente deber\u00e1 comunicarse con soporte dentro de las primeras 24 horas posteriores a la compra<\/strong> y proporcionar evidencia (capturas o mensajes de error).<\/p>

Casos en los que NO aplica reembolso:<\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 El IMEI fue introducido incorrectamente o no fue verificado antes de la compra.
\u2022 La eSIM fue descargada, escaneada o activada, total o parcialmente.
\u2022 La conexi\u00f3n presenta fallos por cobertura limitada, roaming, o configuraci\u00f3n del dispositivo.
\u2022 El cliente no verific\u00f3 la compatibilidad del dispositivo antes de comprar.
\u2022 Reducci\u00f3n de velocidad por pol\u00edtica de uso justo (FUP).<\/strong>.
\u2022 Promociones, descuentos o cupones no son reembolsables.<\/p>

Plazo y m\u00e9todo:<\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 El plazo m\u00e1ximo para solicitar un reembolso es de 7 d\u00edas naturales<\/strong> posteriores a la compra, siempre que la eSIM no haya sido activada ni descargada.
\u2022 Los reembolsos aprobados se procesar\u00e1n \u00fanicamente al mismo m\u00e9todo<\/strong> de pago original en un plazo de 5 a 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.<\/strong>.<\/p>
