Terms and Conditions

1. Personal Use
The plans are non-transferable and for the exclusive use of the purchaser.
Resale, transfer, or shared use of the service without Abi eSIM’s express authorization is prohibited.
Unauthorized sharing or resale may result in immediate service suspension without the right to a refund.

2. Start of Validity
The plan’s validity begins at the moment the eSIM first connects to the network, not at the time of purchase.
Once the eSIM is activated, the service is considered started, regardless of later usage.

3. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
For plans promoted as unlimited, after exceeding a reasonable data limit, the connection speed may be reduced to ensure fair network use.
Unlimited plans are intended solely for personal mobile use. Excessive usage, massive downloads, or tethering may lead to speed reduction.

4. Compatibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify beforehand that their device is compatible with eSIM technology.
Abi eSIM is not responsible for purchases made on locked, incompatible, or restricted devices.

5. Limitation of Liability
Abi eSIM acts as an intermediary for global connectivity services and is not responsible for:
– Network failures attributable to operators or external causes (power outages, disasters, government restrictions, regional blocks).
– Problems arising from improper use of the service by the customer.
– Temporary interruptions due to technical maintenance or network updates.

6. Payments and Billing
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.com, in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Abi eSIM does not store card information. The customer authorizes the charge upon confirming the purchase and agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.

7. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases of verified technical error attributable to Abi eSIM or if the eSIM cannot be activated due to reasons beyond the customer’s control.
No refunds apply for device incompatibility, user error, or partial plan use.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Transactions and contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, the legal headquarters of Abi eSIM LLC.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Modifications
Abi eSIM may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Modifications take effect from the date of publication on abiesim.com. It is recommended to review them periodically.
