At Abi eSIM, our commitment is to provide transparency and trust to our customers.
By making a purchase, the customer fully accepts the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.
Since our products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds will only be evaluated under the following conditions:
Cases Eligible for Refund:
• The device is not compatible, as verified by the Abi eSIM support team using the IMEI or TAC.
• The activation QR code has not been received or does not function correctly, and the issue could not be resolved through technical support.
• A verified technical network connection failure not attributable to the customer.
The customer must contact support within 24 hours of purchase and provide evidence (screenshots or error messages).
Cases NOT Eligible for Refund:
• The IMEI was entered incorrectly or not verified before purchase.
• The eSIM was downloaded, scanned, or activated, either fully or partially.
• Connection issues caused by limited coverage, roaming, or device configuration.
• The customer failed to verify device compatibility before purchase.
• Speed reduction due to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP).
• Promotions, discounts, or coupons are non-refundable.
Timeframe and Method:
• The maximum period to request a refund is 7 calendar days after purchase, provided the eSIM has not been activated or downloaded.
• Approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
